With the information age, every internet user can be a source of information. People influenced by the information determines the reach of each user. The function and correctness of the information gets less important while the reach determines the impact of the information. To discuss and examine this phenomenon, we have conducted the Fake ≠ Fact project as Roots & Shoots Turkey and Swedish Consulate of İstanbul, at Sakıp Sabancı Anatolian High School.
We carried out the project with the theme emphasizing the climate crisis given the fact that the disinformation that has been circulated regarding the issue.
